As we move in to our new space, new corners are opening up to us.
There are fresh corners, revamped corners, new corners and a new rhythm to the house.
It will take a while to fully settle into this new space, and the new spaces left behind, but so far I'm enjoying the view masha'allah.

yeah, i bit. let's see the big picture. intriguing...is it really vintage wallpaper? how did you do it? how bout a post on wallpaper. i'm renting so am going for the easy change wallpaper by sherwin williams, although the patterns are less than inspiring....
ReplyDeleteNot sure I'm ready for a 'big reveal' - still a bit messy... hm...
ReplyDeleteThe orange floral is vintage, bought from EW Moore & Son online at:
http://www.ewmoore.com/index.html
The other rather eye-popping pattern is Orla Kiely, bought from Orla Kiely uk.
The Orla paper, being new, was a doddle to put up, but I did have a struggle with the vintage paper. It isn't perfect, but I don't care any more - I'm just glad it's up - warts and all.
It's all looking really good. Such a valuable space. Our 'playroom' has saved my snaity many a day ;)
