We have a lot of books in our home. A lot. I suppose that comes with the territory when you are a homeschooling family. But recently I have found myself gravitating towards old books and am enjoying adding those to our shelves in front of the newer books.
I don't know - was everything from long ago so much simpler and easy on the eye? Or am I just biased?

long ago people wrote for the passion of writing. todays' wariters are cursed by the materialism....... market demands to unsimplify and complicate things
ReplyDeleteOh I think plenty of writers throughout all ages have been drawn by the thought of fame and money. I think people are more savvy about marketing now that's all...
