I have used this combination before to produce some nice results, but using leftover wallpaper on a dull piece of furniture really is a great way to make something a feature rather than an eye sore.
It looks great! Think you have just solved an issue for me too! I bought a play table from my local charity shop but its covered in ugly stickers. Need to cover part of it so yay - better get going with the mod podge. Got some in the drawer but never used it before. Main issue will be figurin out how to cover such an awkward shape! lol. x
