I like the angel and lighting. The ball of yarn looks so big in the foreground. Here is mine: http://www.livingamused.com/2010/11/12/this-moment-my-moment-of-the-week-11-12-10/ Happy Weekend.
Thankyou, ladies :) it is cosy; I can't imagine needing the aircon right now - my body has forgotten that type of heat! But it is a nice, relaxing knitting place.
Nope, not staged. I'm not remotely that pretentious. What you see it what you get with me.
Most evenings are starting to follow this rhythm now Susanna - as soon as the sun sets we put the lamps on, candles lit, fire on and relax. We don't have a TV so mostly entertainment is knitting (me) and snuggling with a book (them)
We are the same way over here in the evening. With no television, the kids can be found plopped quietly in random places reading while I knit knit knit.. Lovely photo.
Thankyou Marcia! Yes learn to knit - it's such a satisfying passtime! Don't forget to join ravelry for loads of free patterns, and this site has videos to help: http://www.knittinghelp.com/videos/knitting-glossary
and if you look on my sidebar there is a pattern for a two needle hat - I've had two beginner knit classes use this pattern for their groups with great success all round - please DO have a go!
Very cosy!
