I don't know why we haven't made our own butter before now. I mean, we've done it with jam jars and shown the boys how to make it, but I just don't know why we buy it when it is so astonishingly easy to make, and infinitely tastier.
Homemade butter with homemade jam on homemade scones.
Does it get any better than that?
Can you post the recipe? Pleeeeeeease x x
ReplyDeletefor which? jam, butter or scones?
ReplyDeleteoh, how I love butter. I eat far too much of it (allegedly, that is according to my hubby). I'm a bread and butter kind of girl (proper bread and proper butter that is, not margarine).
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could make bread with your kiddos now.

ReplyDeleteHow long did your boys have to shake the jar for?
